IN-STOCK & MADE-TO-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing to purchase items from Miyrus Ashiro. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. IN-STOCK & MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING
Most Miyrus Ashiro items are made-to-order, and individually produced after an order is placed. These items are not mass-produced inventory sitting in a warehouse ready for immediate shipment. Many products are hand-sewn, hand-distressed, individually treated, and produced using specialized materials and custom finishing processes.
This level of craftsmanship, detail, and production quality requires additional production time and may occasionally result in fulfillment extensions outside standard processing estimates. Being made-to-order also contributes to the exclusivity and limited nature of many Miyrus Ashiro products.
Our standard made-to-order production timeline is approximately 18-24 business days (3–4 weeks) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated within the product description. Certain products, collections, or limited releases may have different estimated fulfillment timelines that will be clearly stated within the individual item description at the time of purchase.
During periods of increased demand, manufacturing delays, inventory shortages, overseas shipping delays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high-volume production periods, fulfillment timelines may extend beyond the standard estimate. In certain circumstances, estimated fulfillment timelines may temporarily extend to approximately 6–7 weeks for select made-to-order items.
Please note that all fulfillment timelines are estimated processing windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
2. MANUFACTURING & BACKORDER DELAYS
From time to time, fulfillment delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:
- manufacturing delays
- overseas shipping logistics
- customs processing
- material sourcing issues
- inventory shortages
- carrier delays
- operational disruptions
- high-volume production periods
If a manufacturing or inventory delay impacts an order:
- orders may temporarily be placed on fulfillment hold pending inventory arrival;
- available items within an order may be partially shipped separately;
- our team will coordinate directly with manufacturing partners to expedite production and shipment; and
- delayed items will be prioritized for fulfillment immediately upon inventory receipt at our headquarters.
Customers may contact customer support at any time for updated fulfillment estimates and order status information.
3. EXTENDED DELAYS BEYOND ESTIMATED TIMELINES
While most orders are fulfilled within the stated production estimates, certain limited circumstances involving overseas manufacturing delays, customs processing, material shortages, carrier disruptions, or high-volume production periods may extend fulfillment beyond the estimated timeline.
If an order experiences a delay exceeding approximately 5 weeks from the date of purchase, customers may contact our support team for additional assistance and available resolution options.
Depending on the status of production and fulfillment, available options may include:
- updated fulfillment scheduling
- partial shipment accommodations
- replacement options
- store credit options
- or other customer support resolutions where appropriate
Miyrus Ashiro remains committed to maintaining active customer communication and expediting delayed orders immediately upon inventory receipt.
4. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once an order is prepared for shipment, it will be shipped using our standard shipping method unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for separately.
Shipping methods may vary depending on destination and carrier availability and may include:
- standard shipping
- express shipping
- courier services
Estimated shipping transit times after fulfillment are as follows:
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
- 2–7 business days
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- 5–12 business days
Please note that shipping transit times are separate from made-to-order production timelines and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs processing, destination country, weather conditions, and other external factors.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be uploaded and provided to the customer via shipping confirmation email.
Please note:
- tracking updates may take time to reflect carrier acceptance scans;
- partial shipments may arrive separately; and
- delivery timelines after shipment are separate from made-to-order production timelines.
Customers may use the provided tracking information to monitor shipment progress directly through the shipping carrier.
6. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
If an order contains both made-to-order items and in-stock items, available items may ship separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment status.
Made-to-order items will ship once production is completed and inventory is available for fulfillment.
7. ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Miyrus Ashiro is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Additional address verification may be requested for certain orders prior to fulfillment.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
International delivery timelines may also vary due to customs inspections and international carrier processing.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER REVIEW
To protect customers and reduce fraudulent activity, Miyrus Ashiro reserves the right to review, verify, cancel, or refuse orders identified as high-risk through payment processing or fraud prevention systems.
Additional verification may be requested for certain flagged transactions prior to fulfillment.
Orders that cannot be reasonably verified may be canceled and refunded for security purposes.
